Data we collect

When you submit a consultation request we process your name, email address, preferred region, preferred meeting window, selected consultation type, and message content. If you become a client we may also process qualification documents, work history, and notes from sessions — only as needed to deliver the agreed advisory work.

Purposes and legal bases

  • Responding to enquiries and performing contracts — Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.
  • Operating essential site functions and security — Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
  • Optional analytics cookies only with consent — Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR.

Retention

Enquiry messages are retained up to 24 months unless a client relationship continues. Client files are retained for the duration of the engagement and thereafter as required by commercial and tax record rules in Germany, typically up to ten years for invoicing records. Cookie consent choices remain in your browser until cleared.

Recipients

We do not sell personal data. Hosting and email providers acting as processors may store data on our behalf under written agreements. Employer introductions occur only with your explicit consent for each introduction.

International transfers

Where processors store data outside the EEA, we rely on adequacy decisions or Standard Contractual Clauses together with appropriate safeguards.

Your rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection where applicable under GDPR. You may withdraw consent for analytics cookies at any time without affecting other processing. You may lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority in DE, such as the Landesbeauftragte für den Datenschutz in Rhineland-Palatinate.
