A Worms practice for Handwerk careers
We exist to help craftspeople and craft employers find durable matches — with patience for certificates, chambers, and the pace of real workshops.
Why we opened
Too many skilled tradespeople arrive in Rhineland-Palatinate with strong hands and weak maps. Job boards list vacancies without explaining Meister oversight, site travel, or whether an Ausbildung seat is genuine. Employers, for their part, post vague Geselle ads and then wonder why the replies miss the mark.
Workflow Toolbox Career Guidance grew from advisory work with Handwerk firms near Worms and Mainz. We still keep the practice small: employment consulting in Germany for skilled trades, with placement advisory as the centre of gravity.
How we work
We begin with credentials and constraints — not motivational speeches. If your Meisterbrief is pending, if Anerkennung is incomplete, or if you need a quieter workshop rather than a high-travel crew, we say so early. Matching only happens when both sides can see a realistic fit.
We do not guarantee employment. We prepare materials, map demand, and facilitate introductions. You decide. Employers decide. Our role is clarity and careful connection.

Advisor — employer briefings & orientation
Trained as a Schreiner before moving into craft recruitment support. Markus briefs firm owners and leads Career Orientation Sessions for apprentices and career changers.
Values that show up in the work

- Honesty about limits. We exclude visa filing, guaranteed offers, and legal representation.
- Respect for craft time. Sessions are scheduled around workshop hours when possible.
