Pathway

From credential clarity to a lasting workshop seat

Most clients do not need every step. This pathway shows how recognition, orientation, and placement advisory connect when a craft career in Germany is still taking shape.

Typical sequence

Four stages we return to often

Employment consulting in Germany for skilled trades works best when each stage has a clear exit — a checklist, a decision, or an introduction — before the next begins.

01

Credential & constraint review

We establish what your Ausbildung, Meisterbrief, or foreign qualification actually unlocks — and what it does not. Gaps lead to Recognition Guidance before any employer outreach.

02

Direction when the trade choice is open

Career changers and early apprentices use an Orientation Session to weigh trades, Ausbildung formats, and regional demand without rushing into mismatched applications.

03

Placement advisory

With credentials clear, we map Handwerk employers, prepare a craft-focused brief, and arrange introductions where interest is mutual. This is our flagship consultation.

04

Early workshop weeks

After a hire or Ausbildung seat, optional follow-up covers house rules, supervision chains, and questions that arise in the first fortnight — so small misunderstandings do not become exits.

For employers

Where craft firms enter the pathway

Firm owners often join at the briefing stage: clarifying a vacancy before candidates are introduced through placement matching.

Pathway questions

Do I need Anerkennung before Placement Advisory?

If your trade is regulated and your foreign qualification is not yet recognised, we usually complete Recognition Guidance first. Introducing you to employers before that step often wastes everyone’s time.

Can I start with orientation only?

Yes. Many school leavers and career changers book a single Career Orientation Session, then return months later for placement when they know which craft to pursue.

Does the pathway include visa help?

No. We refer immigration questions to qualified advisors. Our work stays with craft credentials, employer fit, and placement conversations.
